Bill is responsible business development within wholesale brokerage and underwriting. He lends his skill and expertise to the Risk Management division, on a regular basis, working on middle market and transactional accounts.
Bill holds a bachelors in business administration from Memphis University with a major in Insurance.
He began his career in insurance in 1977 working in the home office of Fireman’s Fund, commercial insurance division, leaving the organization in 1987 as Assistant Vice President Corporate Underwriting, for the home office. Bill went on to work for Continental Insurance Company serving as Regional Manager, Senior Vice President Insurance Operations for their home office.
From 1997 to 2003 Bill worked with ACE as Senior Vice President of Affinity Markets and was responsible for start up of the property program division of ACE underwriting company Westchester Insurance Co.
In 2003 Bill joined Worldwide Facilities, a leading wholesale brokerage firm, with responsibility for the establishment of their Atlanta branch office.
In 2006 Bill established a privately held wholesale brokerage that he went on to buy out. Bill is in the process of re-establishing his operation under the Belpointe umbrella of companies and assisting to drive growth and profitability for Belpointe Specialty Insurance, LLC.
